Karen is a Menopause Educator and Coach as well as a Midlife Empowerment Coach for women.  She's also a Menopause Doula in training.  Karen is here to support women through their midlife journey and all that it encompassess.

Perimenopause and menopause not only takes a physical toll, but also an emotional and mental one as well.  Menopause is not just about hot flushes and night sweats.  As well as other physical symptoms like hair loss, weight gain, loss of libido, joint pain, and dryness there can be a dramatic loss of confidence, the inability to find words, decision making difficulties, unexplained anger and rage, grief and loss and so much more.

Karen is here to support women through this time in a gentle, caring, non-judgemental way so that you can navigate this transformation with as much ease and grace as possible, coming out the other side of menopause into the second half of your life with a sense of wholeness, self love, purpose and value.
