Let's imagine, and it's not hard, as it is still winter like- Those crisp wet watery due drops.. cool on skin..the early morning warm shower, the sharpened razor on your skin.
Now that you are present in yourself.
Celebrate- It’s a new day-and you have been invited to attend..
So take a long cat stretch and mindfully self connect
Then breathe deep and add your amazing smile .. ( you look and feel better when you smile)

People may travel far and wide, and yet while away realize that happiness is in your heart . ..that Happiness only grows when and where you notice it..
When you can adjust your attitude, you can re - energize this very day of your life.
Motivation is what gets you started
Attitude is what keeps you going!

Self motivation is the internal drive to choose, need or want more, of or more than what is.. and as you inspire action those inner feelings and results begin to show. That inner high expands as internal fuel to keep going...It's the why you do what you do... if you need help with your why..ask..x
HOW DO WE SELF MOTIVATE
1. Clear /clean your mind of limiting beliefs/fears/excuses that block you on a subconscious level.( You may need help with this)
2. Write out a very detailed clear plan.
3. Set a date and pathway or smaller goals to step by step lead you.
4. Visualize this result every single day several times a day.( Where are you, what are you doing, how do you feel, who is there, when will this be, what makes you able to do this??
5. Then, add affirming or intention statements that represent what you aspire to and speak them again every day..several times each day.
6. Do everything you can to aid this success- An example if you want to be fit; Then stop drinking, or slouching on the couch and start moving more, eating and drinking wisely...or if oyu cannot self motivate ..take up a team sport.
7. Prepare for success, what will you look like, where will you be doing this.
8. Lastly, be yourself- putting your goals as a priority rather than I will do it later..do this in what and how you seek to form your success is personal- nurture it, honor it, and commit to it. 4U.
