Let's talk about your underwear.. 

Unless you are a commando type , we all wear them right. 

Now like life we can be quite happy to show off those sexy Friday night undies.. but when it comes to those beige discoloured Tuesday undies you may not want anyone seeing them..In fact you may not even like them yourself. Yet like the Monday wash you seem to be stuck with them.,.. same "shit' different day  you may be thinking.

And in fact there are days when you can feel as though you are being hit with the dirty end of it.

So how do we change this life fit ?

The things with life is that;

You can’t cheat or con it,

You can’t ignore and you can only mask it for a short time

You can’t wish or magic it away

You are wasting your time stressing or complaining about it

So

You can stop blaming everyone or everything about it

You can own and accept it

Because this is the only way to change an aspect of your life that you no longer enjoy or want;( And that includes getting into some new underwear.)

So

1. Change the way you think,

2. Change the way you act,

3 And in turn your life and underwear can change

Will it be easy? No- no not at 1st- you are changing old habits, it takes time to work your way into the right fit

Will i be able to do it- Yes-if you have trust and patience that the new may be a little scratchy for a while, yet  the new changes have you looking and feeling great.

What if I fail? (terrible word)

Just start again.

Use more discipline/focus  until you get your personal style; ( as your coach it's my job to build your personal profile, and what and how you wear you... how you then walk head high in confidence.

Are you willing to do whatever it takes or are you not?

Are you ready for new underwear?

It's your life- It's not always your fault-that you find yourself stuck with the same ol same ol..  yet -You are responsible for your responses in it all.
