When negatives outweigh the positives, what can we do?
While I know life isn't easy, how many times have you refused to think a kinder or more positive thought about yourself?The Crazy thing is, you can refuse to think negative thoughts about yourself, too. People say, "I can’t stop thinking a thought."I agree. These little

There are MANY tools and techniques, and finding the method that best suits you is just one of the many things I do.
The great news is - you can control them with practise.
You have to make up your mind that it’s what you’re going to do.You don’t have to fight your thoughts when you want to change things.(And that's such a relief to know you give up that internal war of unhelpful words.)
When that negative voice comes up, you can say, "Rack off," or "Go away," or use other short snappy statements. Then, take a breath and choose
to think lighter thoughts or do something else, as a form of distraction.
You might even say something like, "I don’t want to buy into that anymore, I want to create another way of thinking.""
Don’t fight your thoughts. Acknowledge them and go beyond them.And remember, it's only a thought— thoughts not only pass, they can be changed.The power is inside you, right now, in the present moment.
