How to balance and feed the good and the bad wolves within.
Most of my posts are inspired by clients that I am coaching alongside; Today's is no acception.

Have you ever noticed that sometimes when you're ready for a change, and you kind of know it but won't admit it, when it comes, not only are you surprised, but it can hurt too?
While I know that does not help much, -yet if you remember the "ready" part it can.
There is simply no change that might ever transpire in your life that happens before you are fully able to use it for your own growth and actions to get change. Its ahppened for a reason.
I ask 3 key questions before all my clients sign on.
1. Are you ready to do what will be required of you? In other words- have you reached the point of pain in yourself and life, where enough is enough?
2. Will your mind be able to be open enough to unlearn and relearn? To say goodbye to old patterns that are not working and practice learning and eventually mastering new patterns that will?3. Are you deeply committed?
It is not enough to just want change-we can all wish for that when we are out of balance, unwell, in pain, …Its so much deeper than that. It is to step up with honesty, integrity and take hold of your life responsibility reins.
It is about forgetting who or what is to blame, not listening to your ego, or allowing the negative wolves to eat you.
Its about being kind to you. You will actually feel better within yourself by being kind enough to be completely honest.
If its happened, its happened. It’s how you respond and what you learn that matters now.
Caz friend if it’s happening in your life, it’s your responsibility, and blaming, complaining is well, draining.

Right now, decide to own your life.
What can you do now that will balanceyour life?
Who have you thanked lately?
How have you helped another?
When did you last pay it forward?Raise your energy, get out of the fogof self-pity, and that growling inner voice.
Then, once you are clearer, make some progressive choices and steps towards your true needs, leaving behind those short-term blockers or wants. Temporary fixes are just that temporary.
I know you are so much more than any current struggle biting at your emotional life heels.
Take a walk or sit quietly, open your mind and listen.
Go for it-set yourself 1 goal that moves you towards your place of love, integrity, peace, kindness.
A place of satisfaction,confidence, self-trust. A place of balance…
