I appreciate you being here, walking this walk called life together

Sharing in this together,offering suggestions/support and soothing your life pathways.

This is my final Monday Motivational to you for this year.

Thank you. for being part of this movement..

Thank you to the many incredible clients I have had the privilege to walk beside this year and many other years before. For this I could not offer without your courage and choice to change your life.

With 2025 drawing to a close, It's often a good time not only to empty out those office files. clean off the lunch bags, or put down tools for a while.

It can also be powerful time to empty out any sore or heavy thoughts and experiences too.

What can never be indone, only your response to it.That may require the need to .

Recover what was so there is no longer pain so you can liberate from its power.

Reprogram how you respond and action yourself going forward; so you no longer battle with repetition or receding.

Reset now with a new way of life management tools, techniques and clear plans.

Take 2 minutes to read and reflect on this story;

Roberto de Vicenzo, the famous Argentine golfer, once won a tournament, where he was given his cheque on the day.

After posing for photos, hand shakes, and smiles he received the cheque, then he headed to the carpark to leave.

A young woman approached him in the parking lot. She congratulated him on his win, and then went on to tell him about her baby who was seriously ill and near death.De vicenzo was touched by her story and took out a pen and endorsed his winning cheque for payment to the woman.

"Make some good days for your baby" he said, as he pressed the cheque into her hand.

The next week he was having lunch in a country club when a PGA official came to his table.

"Some of the guys in the parking lot last week told me you met a young woman there after your winning tournament." De Vicenzo nodded.

"Well", said the official, "I have news for you.

She is a phony.

She's not married.

She does not have a sick baby.

She fleeced you, my friend."

"You mean there is no baby who is dying?" said De Vicenzo.

"That's right."

"That is the best news I have heard all week, " said De Vienzo.

There may be some of you who may be forgiven for becoming a critic who may say things like "well he must of had the money to not be affected", or "what a load of sh...." and so on... yet if you can stop reflect and then respond in a different way what could the the moral or healthy message be ?

You choose your responses to any situation, no exceptions.

Especially at this time of the year, use compassion and kindness as a conduit for your response, in whatever connections you have.

In doing so you hold the power, and therefore the ability to receive the most energetic version of yourself and life with whomever you connect with.

What are you grateful for this year?

What do you hold with the greatest value in your life?

What has been your greatest joy?

What do you want to do more of?

Be sure not to lose sight of what matters most.

How often are you led to believe that more is better, that if I had this, or when I get that life will be better, or bigger bigger.

We are so bombarded with commercials, being competitive with each other, with greed, playing a big part – yet the wealthy can still die of illness, the bigger house can still fall to the ground, and a person with what can seem like everything can still be utterly lonely.

What to Celebrate.

If you are in good health,

If you have a secure place to sleep,

If you can eat 3 times per day,

If you can generate an income,

If you are able and have somebody to communicate with.

If you have love around you.

If you can live in this magnificent country and see the colours hear those sounds and feel that sense of belong

THEN it's time to celebrate love and value it.

Hold onto those things because that is truly valuable!

Let yourself expand on it, to bring its worth to you, because it is so easy to forget.

This is your incredible life and you are one very fortunate person.
