Hello and always a warm hearted welcome-we are here to help you.
Meet your ideal coach -match https://www.lyf4u.co.nz/match
It's a new month, so let's set a fresh mindset to boost your year into an uplifting direction!
When I personally went through mind power training- I learnt that the average mind has approximately 65,000 thoughts per day.,,( John Kehoe) I was surprised but not.
I mean how often at the end of the day, we feel overwhelmed.
I liken it to a busy city train station where your thoughts are constantly coming and going. The hustle and bustle of life, schedules, parking, meals to think of, kids lunches, that thing you must finish; all sticking to your shoulders becomes heavier as we rush through the days.
The great question is what sort of thoughts are you using each and every day?
Are they Beneficial, or Bogging down thoughts?
How To Calm Your mind.
If they are bogging you down..
Forget revisiting old mistakes
Forget laying in beds of guilt or fear
Forget self-talk about how hard life is or you work, or what you :have to" do.
Success is a mental attitude adjustment, a choice on what you are willing to practise and change to improve yourself in order to get what you want.
If you want to be out of the Chaos instead use;
If you are going to be over thinking- think of what's positive
Think of what you have and do that is working, that is right and good
Think of how quickly things can settle and work out
Think of what you choose to do rather than have to do.
Complete an online course to reinvigorate your confidence..( certificate at completion provided)
Online program https://www.lyf4u.co.nz/online-programs At only $69.00 at your own pace, it's less than $10.00 per week!
Your mind resists at first- it's been in a bogged down habit- yet with practice, ( as you stand in a queue- sit in your car-walk the dog-wait at appointments) you can bring your attention into a place of calm.
MAREES MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY MAGIC
Because just like learning to play an instrument your mind is the instrument; that you can train to live and think clearly and calmly with. It is something we all must practise... (Maree McManaway)
Walking with you all the way.
