We all need positive feedback and appreciation from others, but how much of this do you give yourself?
If you’re like most people, probably not enough.. We expand our energy through evidence of purposeful growth, through achievement, through connection, and through the satisfaction that brings. As a baby you were praised even for burping..it's a need.
