Let's talk about hurts and how to release them;
MAREES MOTIVATIONAL WEEKLY
What is said cannot be unsaid,
and
What is done cannot be undone.
Yet there is no condition/situation or word that cannot be reversed by choosing a different response.
Like you I am not immune to unforeseen or unkind hurts,no one is right.
So when someone does hurt you, in words, actions, betrayals and so forth IT CAN BE DIFFICULT TO LET IT PASS
And we know holding onto them acts like toxic internal poison..in our mind body soul and emotions.
We know it's healthiest to get that toxicity out- but it can stick like glue..super glue even!
So to help with that, I have learnt many ways to release and cleanse the above mentioned.
Here are a few suggestions that may work 4U.
Its understanding that you are conscious and subconscious working in unison together... that to release means releasing on all 4 levels of your hurt.
Logical( consciousness)
1. Put it in writing, spill out those emotions, hard and soft, fill your page with )@#$%^^& if you need too! ..( I use specifically designed tools as a guide for this.)
Emotional (subconscious) )
2. Pick up a rock by the river, and channel those feelings into it, then throw it with full force into the flowing water, (you may need to do this a few time until it releases)
If need be you can then burn it ( safely) or simply throw it in the bin.( A taking back control restoration process.)
3. Physical These are simple incantations ( physical gestures- to enhance your words and feelings) the rocks, the burinings and more.
4. Soul/Emotion
That inner self that yearns and fears repetitionThat craves for safety, to belong, to be love and yet is afraid..Yet you are deciding what you won't do again from that pain.. Then it's about clarifying what you DO WANT going forward.
If these simple suggestions dont work.
Most effectively is to seek a professional to do this for you. In LYF 4U I use a technique combination of Hypnosis and Sedona ... along with compiling a personal profile specific to you and your life story only.
There are many options; Similar to trying on something new- this is a very personal choice, that is matched to your particular profile. You will soon recognize if it has been useful.
Kindly recognize that there is no condition/situation or word so severe that cannot be reversed by choosing different responses.
Either way, now you have options..
And flipping this over ..........
When someone does something good for you, engrave it in a stone, where no wind or sea can ever erase it.
1. Write a letter of appreciation or card and let that person know how much that mattered- it is easy not to- yet the joy it spread is like honey to the corners of your toast.... sticky and yummy.
2. How many thank yous do you give out in your day??
3. Can you be the one who does something good for another?
Always practise this; easy mantra;
Learn to write your hurts in sands and your happys in stone..
After all, you are a rockstar and rocks dont stick with glue.. :)
