Do you find yourself feeling like aa failure? Maree @LYF 4U

Hello and always a warm hearted welcome to you,

Thank you for being here;

I invite you to join me;

Do you find yourself Over Analyzing or Focusing on Failure?

We usually think of successful people as those who don’t fail.

Yet what if you  think of it this way: the people who succeed may actually have more failures in their lives because it’s those failures that lead to the skill and wisdom to succeed the next time. I certainly have had plenty and no doubt have more to come :)

As I celebrate 17 years in business with LYF 4U it amazes me how much unseen learning that is required.

 The consequence of making an unlearnt choice is life's way of telling you that you need to learn a lesson. Often it's a costly error. Inone of my lessons I had named my business in its beginning Abundant House..with myself as an Abundance Life Coach.  I spent a fortune on top of the line signage, stamps, flyers, tiles, and more. I had no clients..

Gosh what has gone wrong i thought. It was only after asking others i learnt that the name was a bit whoowooish. And appeared as if it was a religious cult of some kind.  I had to remove all materials, signages, names etc, and completely rename . I also learnt the business needed to have a generic name so as to encourage all genders.

Most  successful people are the ones who failed many times and didn’t give up. They’re able to focus on the positive takeaways of their failures and rise above them.

MAREES MOTIVATIONAL WEEKLY QUOTE (Thomas Edison ) states: "I have not failed, i have succeeded in finding 10,000 ways for it not to work. This statement reframes failures not as setbacks, but as valuable steps and discoveries in the process of finding a successful solution, such as his development of the incandescent light bulb.

Rather than feeling defeated with I  "failed", look for the lessons and the things you’ve done right that you can build upon. Those negative energies of frustration, shame, fear, or worthlessness are likely to keep you in that pattern and even become trapped. The sooner you move onwards the better.

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST OF IT.

Try flipping your setbacks into positive learning experiences. If you always react the way you always have in a negative mindset- you will never see the opportunities to reset and restructure your patterns.

1. There are 2 options; You either make progress or you make excuses... one will entrap you and the other will advance you..

2.Take affirmative action towards your true goals and focus on only those. Stop complaining. It's tiring and no one benefits. If you do have a legitimate complaint about something that really matters- be sure to choose the right person, who can actually do something about it.

3. Move on. If you dont want to repeat it, do something solid to avoid it. If you can't change it, change the way you think about it. Forgiveness is powerful. Be sure to use this and let it pass.. will it really matter in your future, or will it be forgotten, replaced with more changes...Pending on the level of lesson you may in time simply even lighten up,or laugh it off...

CELEBRATE YOUR HUMAN-ESS.

We are all human beings , doing our best to walk through this thing called life. To continue on a journey of self growth and expansion. To walk with purpose of some kind, and to connect through love, security and belonging. Be kind to yourself.
