AS it is  Mental Health Awareness.. week, Here is a 2 mins read and reflection offering easy suggestions 4U. 

Psychologists assert that at birth, there are two primary fears we instinctively possess: loud noises and the fear of falling. 

Surprisingly, many might assume fears related to abandonment or starvation would top the list in today's complex world. Yet, the primal fear of falling remains deeply rooted in our psyche.

This fear of falling extends beyond physical descent; it permeates into emotional realms, particularly in matters of love. 

Falling in love—and the subsequent possibility of falling out of it—can evoke a profound sense of vulnerability. It requires a leap of faith, trusting another with our deepest emotions and well-being.


Next time you experience that sensation of falling—whether emotional or physical—consider this:

 It is your body distorting your sense of control. It's a feeling of losing oneself, possibly merging into another.

Or it can be that grappling with the fear of being lost/stuck  or directionless.

This existential fear of losing our balance and the uncertainty of being caught is ancient and universal. 

Yet, among life's chaotic pace—the highs and lows, the comings and goings—remember to just take a moment to breathe, pause and appreciate.


How to balance life's chaos 4U;


 1. Whether holding a lover's hand or comforting an infant, these moments remind us of safety and connection.

2. Hold a friend's hand, offer a hug to reassure yourself and others of safety and security.

3. Offer kindness by way of words, notes, exchanges like paying forwards or bartering.

4. Set your vibe each morning through laughter and self care.

5. Seek help if you are unable to reset yourself. Therapies of any kind  are as normal as viruses... 

6. Its not how the world sees you- its how you see yourself- Create a visualization -this is  a very powerful technique that can help you manifest your desires and what you want to create in your life. It is a mindfulness exercise that is used to attract success in every area of life.

7. List all that you can be thankful for.. There is always more than you can imagine, when you sit and ask such a question..


In the midst of life's hustle and bustle, amidst fears of losing oneself or direction, take a moment to reach out.

  There's no better time than now to begin nurturing your life for the better.
