Let's talk about anger.
It's a sticky subject, one that most avoid, and i get it.
Yet leaning into ostracism isn't the answer.
Leaning on ownership is
Know that what I share here are merely suggestions.
And this is only the tip of the iceberg.
Like all of our 14 emotions, anger is included.
When emotions are up, our intellect is down. You cannot think logically during highly emotionally charged moments.
Yet with practice you can implement measures to prevent them.
When we learn to distinguish between helpful and hindering emotions, we learn how they impact our lives and what they manifest or create in the ripple effect.
Anger shows in many ways such as.
Our thoughts
Our actions
Our behaviours
Our level of emotional physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
This negative emotion causes chemical reactions in our brain and body,such as;
1. Cortisol
2. Adrenaline
3. Anxiety
4. Depression
Some people become discontented, misaligned versions of themselves They Overtalk, Shut down, or Wall up, and much more.
What can we do to improve?
1 Admission. The recognition that things can’t go on as theyare.
2. The decision to change,
3. Then reaching out for help., doing something to break the repeat cycle.
4. Being open, willing, and genuinely ready to change.
5. Doing what is required to assure a successful outcome.(commitment)
The awesome thing is once you learn how to vent Anger, you can then use anger in a motivating way, channeling excess energy into something useful.
REALIZE - You have choices.
KNOW - that we all make mistakes-you are a human.
ACCEPT- how it is, and get on with the future.
CHOOSE to let it go and learn healthy managements of your mind.
There are many courses, contacts, options to choose from.
Be sure to find your ideal person.
FOCUS: On the aspects of your life and the impact you have on those around you.
Focus on your strengths.
DECIDE: You are worth more. Go out there and prove that to yourself, and to those around you. Be an example.
